There are several ways to keeping your team motivated.

Sales motivation is important to have so you can keep your
sales representatives at their best always. The principle
behind sales motivation is employee motivation. If your people
are able to associate with the organizational goals on a
personal level, the more motivated they are. However, it is not
as easy as one would like to think because it is a complex
area. Each and every person has different motivational needs.
And a good leader should be able to identify what they are and
intertwine it with sales-motivation goals and company goals.
One way to do that is to involve your sales people during the
establishment of goals or sales quotas. In this way, you will
be able to give your people the bigger picture and the over-all
goal of the company. Thus, each member of the sales team will
be able to establish individual goals to help meet or even
surpass the company goals.

Lead by example, if you want a highly motivated team. You
must be able to show your team what you want them to show you.
The following traits are best demonstrated by the team leader:
enthusiasm, energy, team cooperation, honesty, integrity and
commitment. You show them these traits and they will follow.
Get feedback and always listen to what they have to say. By
doing so, what you have is a sales dream team that will help
you succeed. This will help you have a motivated sales work
team.
